This is really sad! I have been playing since FF first released then due to device change from apple to android FF didnt support cloud data transfer like other games such as sims! So after all these years i started playing again a few months ago but i have been so loyal, invested time,money and effort. Over years i saw many good players leave but it didnt make a difference, i wish FF took on board the feedback of such invested loyal players or at least rewarded their skill and loyalty for the game.
