[unknown] in the event time if u draw in Carmen lottery u can have crown shop things specially the Halloween ones. it's should have been in October but it's been 2y they didn't bring it.now days it's don't matter what event is going on they bring outfits even it's don't match the event themes.so I thought why not just bring Carmen lottery l know it's not Halloween but I don't mind having Halloween outfits and we u can have other crown shop things and the Carmen things.
