I had my account (not this one) for many years and I worked sooo hard on it and collected many things without paying because we



don’t have international credit cards and such in my country. I was advanced, I think that I was in level 87 or even more. Then I changed my phone and wasn’t able to connect into my account anymore. I’ll show you guys what FF told me when I inquired about my account. The bottom of the thing is we should be able to change our phones without needing to pay a fee to get our accounts back. I can’t pay the fee because I donhave the means to and now I am back to zero. All the work I put into my account for all this years is dust now. I never thought that I’ll be this emotionally invested in a game but here we are..

    OMG! It's like they're only interested in making more money instead of making the game enjoyable for the players! It's not fair that they're asking for a fee to recover your account! it's disappointing to see FF becoming so greedy!🙄

      ♡Sarah♡ well, the fee is becoz they have to transfer data from android to IOS, which are completely different servers and thats not as easy and wont happen quickly ig
      so thats why.
      its easy to transfer account from android to android: ios to ios; but not android to ios and viceversa.

        ⚠️707⚠️ Oh, i see I totally understand what you're saying, It does seem like it should be easier for them to transfer data between Android and iOS. It's their game after all, right?

          ♡Sarah♡ yeah! And I have been playing “Love Nikki” even before FF and when I changed phones nothing happened I got my account just like how it was but FF are disappointing

          ⚠️707⚠️ Well the game Love Nikki doesn’t have this issue so FF shouldn’t either and if they have it they shouldn’t demand a fee for transfers

          That's so disappointing for sure. I transferred my account over to my new phone just fine, despite having forgotten my password and having to request a new one. They helped me that very same day. So it's weird how you lost all of your progress and they didn't help you out when you really needed it. I'm very sorry. ):

              That's weird to me because I had forgotten my account password. They helped me out the same day. :/ That's why I don't understand they wouldn't help you out and you've been here and a dedicated player for FIVE WHOLE YEARS. I've been playing a lot less longer than you, but they still helped me access my account. Bruh. Just blows my mind, honestly.
