I can't make a look I don't know if it's my phone or if it's on your side because every time I go to make a look in an event every time Ii prress

the button, it does nothing and then I get stuck there and I can't back out of it and the only way I can get back is to completely press my three button thing on my phone and get rid of the gamev all together?? So if anyone's got the same problem please post here too thanks dolls ❤️🌺🌹💘

        sparkles lisa 17 it hapend to me too sis no need to worry ill tell you how to deal with it. So u shall not delete the looks when u want to make a new one and the buton to delete looks pops up Bcs if u do taht the game gonna crash u shall delete the look by simply going to my looks section taping on the trsh icon next to te look u wanna delete and continue making the look that easy.i think it does crash bcs for me i have all slits and its too much data to hold on that little of a moment.hope i helped u sis😘😘

                Queen Lizzy um no I don't think it has anything to do with me deleting my looks I think it's on their end so I'm just going to have t o email them
