I still need to complete and paint two parts: the hair and the makeup. I've already painted everything else, but when I try to get what's missing, they say I already have the parts and they don't give them to me. Because of this, I can't collect the poisons to get the parts associated with the other part of the event.
I posted the problem here in Bugs and Help, but they don't respond.
This game is mercenary and abandoned, no one cares about the players' satisfaction or our losses due to the game's bugs.
It's irritating and frustrating that FF ignores our requests for help.
