Day 8 on event

I don't understand why the last day of this event us not counting what I did. I spent almost 120,000 in coins, over 500 in gems, and completed draw 6 times. I still lack buying 3 items from Mystery Shop, but nothing there that I like. Any idea why I'm not getting credit for these that I've done?

It did this to me all week I just do the task and the exsit the app completely then go back on the games and it will give me the points.

crystal Knight I did the same thing. I exited the game & when I returned points were there. However, I haven't been impressed with items in Mystery Shop lately, so most of my gem purchases have been in other places. But, thank you for the clue on how to solve this dilemma.
