Hey, everyone. So I've already ranted before about this, but I'm going to do it again because it's so frustrating, ridiculous, and depriving non-gem players of a good experience in Fashion Fantasy to me. Especially new players who are just starting out and don't have many.
This outfit pack, Juno's Workday Box is STUNNING as heck. But it's fifty gems and the only outfit pack out now seemingly. The only other ones we get now are the ones you have to buy with real money, but this is super ridiculous and unfair. I might be leveled up by a lot now and am no longer a new player, but I am not gem rich!
Seldom do I have a lot of gems at one time saved up for example, for new events and things like that. It's hard for me not to spend them all honestly in the drop dead gorgeous as well but also outrageously gem expensive Wish Store or for the outfit packs with guy decos in them or in the Mystery Shop or regular boutique every week.
BUT I have saved up a bunch of trophies and sometimes I can save up a lot of coins at one time usually in anticipation of new trophy and/or coin limited time outfit packs to drop. But for months now, they have not been having these specific types of packs which I love and prefer more over them gems even if there's guys in them.
Hopefully they're brought back soon and they haven't been cut out altogether. I hope they have not been. Because as much as I love this game so much and have devotedly been a player for two whole years now, soon to be there as of this December, the developers need to make some serious changes to make the game fair and more enjoyable for ALL of us. And I hope it does happen.
Four changes off the top of my head I would like to see implemented here are:
1) A trade system where players can trade resources and clothes and help out other players in need of things like flowers, gems, clothing design elements, dye, and so forth.
2) Recalibrate the competition judging system. Because a lot of the times it's not fair. How do they expect a brand new player to win against someone on my level? It's not right. I want it to be a fair comp when I enter one and don't feel like I'm cheating the other person.
3) We need a place where we can use the trophies not just for the Trophy Store, but I'd LOVE to see them be able to be used to buy old outfit packs so I can make and design them. There's many event outfits from the past I either wasn't around for or couldn't afford to complete. Especially poses. I'd jump at the chance to access a lot of those using the resources we have and through also doing fair, manageable quests every day.
4) The community board here also needs an update--while I'm a player who doesn't mind everyone messaging me, I know there's some who feel uncomfortable and don't want everyone to be able to see their topics and discussion. A few years back, I remember we used to be able to individually message one specific player at a time here and tag in the people you wanted in on the conversation. So I'd love to see this return at some point!
If you all have anymore ideas for how Fashion Fantasy needs to desperately be updated and to me, stop being made SO pay to advance, post here. More importantly though, leave reviews in Google Play so hopefully they're read, taken under advisement, and brought to life in future updates to make this game much more beautiful and fun than it already is.
Oh! I have two more ideas that just hit me for future updates:
5) Make the amount of gems that have to be spent on buying second and third LB (LookBook) models less expensive. Forcing players to save up and spend 599 and 999 for extras are NOT the way to go if you ask me.
6) Give the ability to join up to one hundred events every week in LookBook and sponsor at least up to six or eight. Some weeks, I don't hit my quota for joining or sponsoring events. However, even in this case, I'd much rather have the option to create and join more open to me. For example, this week I joined fifty LB events. But I yearn to join more instead of having to wait for the new, weekly reset every early Monday morning.
