Hi. Is there anyone answering emails? I reached out and it's been over a week with no replies. In the past someone would reply in 24-48 hours. I got a new phone and I'm struggling to login to this account on the new phone. I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on this game over the many years. Kind of feel like this game is being abandoned. No events anymore. It's like no one is working on this game. Please respond. Thank you ahead for any help you can give me.
