Can someone explain why my boyfriend hasn't been helped by customer support to find his account? He had to change devices & he contacted support to get help finding his account & has gotten no response!

Misty @Misty true, but to complete the sudoku we still have to spend gems. Sometimes the requirement is spend 100 gems, sometimes we have to renew daily limit to collect design materials. If we spend 50 gems to renew the sudoku, we still have to spend more gems to complete the sudoku. 😤😤🤯🤯
