[unknown] look in event details and it'll give you some instructions but basically the ticket spending event has some for free from sending tickets OR you can go to the user shop, click the linited time tab (i think that's the tab, if not just click everything lol) and on the top it shows hourglasses. first row, and the first is a package selling 15 tokens for 48 gems but theres a limit to those (75 tokens, or 5 purchases). however, i honestly DONT reccomend buying tokens. you need to spend over 3000 gems for this outfit and you can get 2-3 full outfits WITH A POSE for that price so save your gems!
