    [unknown] i dont know iff youre phone has the same system as the old one? Like you had an android device and the new one is also android?

    Iff you binded youre game either with e-mail or Facebook you should be able to transfer the data. Otherwise they might be able to help you iff you still know youre id.

    But iff you switch form an android device to ios you are not able to transfer the data because we have different servers on here.

    I know iff you e-mail them they will transfer some things form youre account (android to ios) but they offer money for it.
