Hello everyone 😊
I wanted to screenshot my Easter look for the competition with the in-game screenshot camera! It says 'Success! Your look has been saved in Album photos' but when I checked, it is nowhere to be found in my phone 🤨
It's not the first time I'm using this button, and the authorisation to access photos is activated!
Anyone got an idea why it doesn't save? Or what can I do?

Laure You don't have to press the camera button, sometimes it can't see it, so you just have to take a screenshot

A few months ago I had the same nonsense happen. although before that everything was perfectly preserved. my advice is just save by taking a screenshot manually (I do this by pressing the lock and volume down keys simultaneously for a couple of seconds)
