meysee ya it's been like this since I've been playing too altho I've also seen ppl tht r in lower levels then me getting everything tht Carmen gives out ! Its no fair, ik but if u ask them abt it they'll tell u tht it's based off o fun & luck but I think it's a bunch o bs! Bc how can ppl who r in lower levels get them if it's based on tht ??
