What do you think about this rule ?
I don't u understand why a player would block you if you joined. Is there something that I don't understand? I would think that if you weren't a friend of the player, and even if you had a gorgeous design, you wouldn't receive a reward. Perhaps it's a ploy for this player to gain more followers, bc to join you have to be follower.
Don't you want new friends? Your best friend could have been someone you never knew until you talked to them. You might find amazing friends.
