morgan the beautiful I think it is if they use them without the players permission because there is a report option where you can report them for stealing the look
It happened to me and I reported the player and my look is removed from their lookbook instantly
Rarity 2.0 I've not had this happen to me, but not sure it'd be worth it to report. Some players on this game can be kind of vicious to each other.
