I've been there unfortunately. Lost a HUGE account where I had all of my best items and was really far along in the game to only lose it all somehow. I was po'ed to no end, but in the end at first.
But then, it turned into a blessing in disguise since now I've got this one and have been playing non-stop for the last two years since 2023 in December. When I lost one account before, support helped. Hope they help you too!
