Hi Delilah, thank you for your post. The date of 1 December has been and gone. Today's 15 December and alot of players have left or are going to leave the game soon.
No communication to customers is a sure way to lose them. Do we need to explain what happens when you lose customers and continue with the lack of communication?
The end of the month is fast approaching. It is not rocket science to communicate what's happening.
As a long time player of this game, I am disappointed with this chosen action by your organisation (ignoring and ghosting customers).
