the wish shop is similar to the wishing in other games such as in the association shop in love nikki or the weapon/limited banners in genshin impact (idk if anyone plays those but if you do itll help you understand ig). the chances of the clothing you wish for is increased but its not garunteed. it improves the chances of it showing up, so for example, if my chances were 50% before, now the chances of the pieces of the outfit i want are 60% (just an example, NOT actual stats!). refreshing takes 48 hours (2 days) and if you want to refreshing instantly, it costs 24 gems, or 2 gems each hour. i recommend refreshing only if you either have a lot of gems you're willing to waste them or when it only costs 4-5 gems (at 1 gem it's literally a waste of a gem at that point). hope this helps clear up some confusion :)
