On the small genre : apart from all,at-least make the reward for gold flowers events worth equal to 8 gold flowers .If you can't give gold flowers for gold flowers then the total reward should be 120 red flowers (to be fair),it should be distributed to 5 winner's as you decide.
At-least make the things that already exists, worth it or fair. @Rosie
