@Rosie every halloween, ff used to increase the rates for carmen's choice as a halloween events. ff, i literally have over 100 of carmen's chocie cards saved for this event. i would rly appreciate a little love for your players by bringing back an event that comes at no cost to you and actually promotes spending gems to buy more lottery chances.
