For those who lost old accounts since update(along time ago)and can't get it back, this is how I got back my old account (yesterday)!
Help
Step 1. Go to ur profile account
Step 2.Click 'Option' and click to 'Contect Us'
Step 3.And you will get to Gmail(of FF team) and write an email about your acc promblem. For example: ### How can I get my account back. I lost my account name call 'ur account name'5 month ago(what ever)and my level is _'ur old account's level'....etc...

Step 4.and they will sent you an email (they will ask you 8 questions and you have to answer them at least 6 questions')
..I answer them like this👇
Step 5.wait for a moment okay?! U HAVE TO BE PATIENCE!!! And they will sent an email about 'how to fix it' 'do like the following they said'...they sent me like this👇
I'm sorry if you can't see the images that I upload for this but I'll write this for you to help('cause this is important part of this)
They say..
1.Please choose 'Already have an account ' to login
2.Login 'write ur email address
3.Password: ' ur Fashion Fantasy game account password that you've made' (Actually, I had made my account like that on my account profile; I put my email address and password in my account profile to make it safe and to make it easy if I can't play without login or sign in to this game, I hope you did it too...'cause it is important to slove this promblem) Alright, let's get back to the main point
- (they said) Please change your password after login
Step 5.Do the following as they said you to do and Boom💥 YOU WILL GET BACK YOUR OLD ACCOUNT if you lucky...But moreover, I also sent an image of my old account by going to 'Friends' and taping '+ Add' And2x search my account name..and screenshot it📸 and then sent it to them on Gmail as a reply (by hoping it will also useful)
So, to the all players, my words are '🎵Don't worry...be Happy🎵 and be patience!!! don't be just so depressef because of this promblem 'cause your life is more important then this(right?) and I wish you all may get back your old accounts, Good Luck Angles...Byeee🤗
