        Why can’t I claim anything? It keeps saying check internet connection but won’t let me claim

        Rosie after the update I can't share my pics anymore. It keeps telling me to give it permission to do so from the settings but I never removed it in the first place and when I go there, there's no storage notifications to give permission to in order to be able to share pics and get my 5gems and 5xp...this is confusing and idk what to do. Ugh.
