I just got a response from the support team via email after 2 weeks so hopefully they’ll be able to fix it. And I hope this means they’ll get around to helping everyone that needs support, eventually 🙄😅

They actually just told me that nothing is wrong 😑 even though it’s been 3 weeks of not being able to collect any check in rewards! They haven’t done anything 😭
That is so annoying you have not been able to claim any check in rewards how can they think that's not a problem?!😧
Same I reported this months ago, I got a reply that there was nothing wrong but was given 50 gems.
